Whiskylicious until February 12

The first days of February are all about whiskey in Collingwood. It’s the ingredient in a raft of new sweet and savory creations lovingly prepared by local chefs to pay homage to this special ingredient. Restaurant going couldn’t be better, with 11 eateries offering unique dishes infused with Collingwood whisky. Some examples: whisky onion soup, whisky baked maple salmon, bread pudding with whisky caramel. Tours are offered too.
