There are now many city services that are officially open to the public again. Town Hall, the RecPlex Office, Fire Hall Station 1 Office, and Public Works are open Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The Wasaga Beach Public Library is now open, too! The library is open Tuesday to Sunday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and has a variety of programs for you to enjoy. Thursdays they host a weekly LEGO challenge over Zoom (and will go the extra mile to help you set up Zoom if need be), BYOB (Bring Your Own Book online meeting) and even virtual talks given by popular and local authors.

If you or someone you know operates a recreation-based business that has closed or a personal trainer unable to operate because of gym closures, Wasaga Beach’s Town Council has a solution! Recreation-based businesses may use municipal parks until Sept. 30, subject to provincial and health unit regulations, through the Open Parks program (learn more here).
